The Girls Track Team won the Division 3 - District Championship at Independence over runner-up Rootstown and 11 other teams by scoring 148 points. This was the girls team first district title since 2004.
The Hawks were District Champions in the following events - 4x800m Relay, 4x200m Relay, 1600m Run, Girls 800m Run, 3200m Run, 4x400m Relay.
The following girls advanced to regional competition at Tiffin; Katie Wilson-High Jump, Katie Bond-Discus, Julia Bramante-Pole Vault, High Jump, 800m Run, 4x400m Relay, Liz Bruml-800m Run, 4x800m Relay, Kerrin Sunshine-400m Dash, 4x200m Relay, 4x400m Relay, Ally Markovich-1600m Run, 3200m Run, 4x800m Relay, Ezgi Cubukcu-100m Dash, 4x200m Relay, 4x100m Relay, 200m Dash, Nya Braxton-4x200m Relay, 4x100m Relay, Tracy Togba-4x200m Relay, 4x100m Relay, Rachelle Brenner-1600m Run, 4x800m Relay, Erica Gliga-4x100m Relay, 4x400m Relay, Emily Heyd-4x400m Relay, Rachel McKay-3200m Run, 4x800m Relay.
The Boys Track & Field Team finished in 8th place in the Division 2 District Meet at Painesville Harvey. Scoring for the boys were Jake Willen in the 100m Dash and 200m Dash, 4x100m Relay of Zac Bartel, Aaron Hayes, James Seabright, Jeremy Simmons and Brandon Hagans. Brandon Hagans - 300m Hurdles, Brian Vogt in the 800m Run, Ian Mullenhour in the 3200m Run, 4x400m Relay team on Zac Bartel, Brandon Hagans, Adam Berry and Brandon Lambright, and Matt Burn in the Long Jump.
The following Hawks qualified to regional competition - Jake Willen-100m & 200m, Brian Vogt-800m, Matt Burns-Long Jump.
